Ahead of the fifth anniversary of administrative justice, on 5 June 2026 the forum “Administrative Justice and Its Role in Ensuring the Rule of Law” was held.
The event was organised by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Association of Investors of Kazakhstan.
The forum was attended by more than 400 participants, including major investors, judges — among them judges of foreign courts — legal scholars, experts and members of the diplomatic corps.
The participants discussed current issues in the development of administrative justice, the improvement of mechanisms for the judicial protection of the rights of citizens and business, and the creation of a high-quality legal environment conducive to strengthening investment attractiveness and ensuring the rule of law in the country.
