The forum brought together more than 400 participants — major investors, judges, including those of foreign courts, legal scholars, experts and members of the diplomatic corps. It was organised by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Association of Investors of Kazakhstan.

The discussion focuses on the institutional environment established in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a guarantee of the state's investment attractiveness. Particular attention will be paid to the role of the judiciary and specialised institutions in ensuring the transparency of administrative procedures, protecting business and resolving disputes affecting investment activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
