Signing of the Declaration on the Establishment of the Eurasian Congress on Administrative Law

At a ceremonial meeting on 4 June 2026, the Declaration on the Establishment of the Eurasian Congress on Administrative Law was signed. This created a permanent expert platform that will bring together judges, legal experts, representatives of the academic community and international organisations.

The signing was attended by representatives of the judicial systems of Germany, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Türkiye and Uzbekistan.

The key goal is to continue joint work on improving administrative justice, law-enforcement practice and judicial procedures, taking into account the best international practices.

Such a platform is very important for the entire region. Our countries have warm and friendly diplomatic ties, similar legal traditions and comparable models of administrative justice, and in many respects they face similar challenges. We see the Eurasian Congress as a space for open and professional dialogue.
